This external gauge sensor kit will allow you to add and oil pressure sensor to your Lutz Auto Multigauge System for 80 Series Landcruisers/LX450s. Using this kit, you can add this feature to your Lutz Auto multigauge preventing you from having to install a bunch of seperate gauges and gauge pods in your vehicle.
 
THE SENSOR IS A NAME BRAND VDO. THERE ARE CHEAP COPIES OF THIS SENSOR OUT THERE. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO FIND OVERSEAS MADE COPY REALLY CHEAP AND USE IT WITH THIS MULTIGAUGE, BUT THE READING AND SENSOR RELIABILITY MAY BE POOR. THIS IS A 0 TO 10bar VDO sensor.
 
You are welcome to source your own sensor. We use sensor VDO part# 360-004
 
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A FULL KIT. THIS IS JUST THE SENSOR AND WIRING. THE SENSOR HAS 1/8NPT THREAD. THE FACTORY 80 SERIES LANDCRUISER THREAD IS 1/8 BSPT. YOU WILL NEED TO FIGURE OUT SOME TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION BLOCK. THIS SENSOR COMES WITH INSTALLATION NOTES, BUT NO STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS. THIS SENSOR SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
